Measurements were done within a day from our first contact, went to the shop to select the stone the following day, installation was complete on the promised date with a very professional and skilled team. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could have. Alex was good to work with and the stone turned out beautiful. We had a couple of miscommunications that resulted in having the wrong stone set, but it was ok in the end and looks really nice. The crew that came were very professional and they went above and beyond.

Ram and his crew did an impeccable job installing my new kitchen countertop. Very helpful, professional and show pride in their work. Ram had some great recommendations during the planning period and in the end it came out looking better than I had imagined. They were even able to cut the slab in a way which eliminated a seam. True artists.

They guys at City Countertops did an amazing work at our apartment. As another provider we talked with did not show up, they were able to pull the work in an urgent way, and gave us great service (opening the store after working hours), and providing a very clean and beautiful finishing. Everything about my experience with City Countertops was great. After a brief phone call, I felt a rapport with Ram. He is not just a salesman, but a very nice person.  I received an estimate quickly, liked the price and went to the showroom with my husband.  We picked out our stone and sealed the deal. Ram and his brother came at our convenience to take measurements, and delivered the counter top (4 pieces) one week later, despite the July 4th holiday.  The delivery and installation were smooth and professional. I couldn't be happier with my granite counter tops or the service. I highly recommend City Countertops; you will not be disappointed.

City Countertops slogan is real!  I called Ram on Monday and the new, beautiful counter top with back splash and an under mount sink was installed on Thursday.  Amazing service at a great price.
